Oh my Gosh! SWEET! This is the awesomely delicious candy bark that they have just everywhere, even at Nordstrom. You can make it yourself. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Christmas Candy Bark Recipe ~~~~~ 1/2 lb. Dark Chocolate Coatings~~~~~ 1 lb. Vanilla Coatings~~~~~~~~ 1/2 lb. Red and Green Peppermint Crunch~~~~~~~ 2 average Crushed Red and White Candy Canes! This is soooo easy. If you have never melted coatings in the microwave, read the instructions from the home page in the How To section. Melt the dark-spread it onto a cookie or pizza pan to approx. 1/8-1/4 inches thick, put into the frige and take out when set but not completely cold. Melt vanilla coating and stir in the crunch, then pour it onto the dark and spread, you can tap the pan on the counter to make it spread out and smooth over the dark. Then sprinkle the crushed candy canes over the top, or add Deco Quins (available on the site) then put in the fridge to get cold. Then take out and break up into chunks like peanut brittle. You can do this with a butter knife by pressing the knife into the candy making it crack. Serve on a festive plate or put into printed cello bags and tie with ribbons. This recipe will make approx. 2 lbs. These are great little gifts for Teachers, Mail Man, The Cleaners, Gardener, Pool Man, Co-workers, just any where you wish you had a little gift for someone special. It’s also great for parties etc. I make some small snowflakes in vanilla chocolate and one of our bite size snowflake molds, then sprinkle with White Edible Glitter and add some in the gift bags or on the plate with the bark! Now imagine that you can also make this for other holidays and events. We have lots of flavors of crunches and lots of deco toppings! Sweet!
