Once we receive an order, it will usually ship in 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping times vary as follows. DURING THE BUSY HOLIDAY TIMES, IT MAY TAKE LONGER TO SHIP YOUR ORDER. Full case bulk items are usually dropped shipped direct from our vendor to save postage and allow case/bulk items better pricing. Not all items are guaranteed in stock. We try to maintain perfect real physical inventory in our warehouse to match our cart inventory, but with over 9,000 items there are times it’s off. We try to get the Express shipping orders out the same day if we receive them in the early morning. We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail or Express Mail (your choice at time of checkout). All shipping charges are calculated by an estimated product weight. Actual shipping charges may vary slightly when the packaged order is weighed for correct postage. When your order has a different shipping and billing address, we also request a signature receipt and charge an additional $1.95 (actual USPS charge). Our minimum shipping is $5.35 for small flat rate and $5.20 for first pound priority. BACK ORDERS: For all Back Ordered or Special Ordered items, each shipment has its own shipping charge. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES: $40.00 minimum order for ALL International orders. After placing your order, fees will be manually calculated using actual weight and shipping charges via USPS Priority Mail International and First Class International Mail where available (up to 4 lbs.) NOTE: For all International orders we manually add Insurance (when available) based on the value of the products. Minimum for CANADA .95 and for other countries $1.50. Customer is responsible for any customs or duties that may be applied. We do not know each country’s customs and duties fees. CANADA my take up to 3 weeks to deliver. USPS Priority Mail is their regular shipping method. With Priority, they supply us with FREE shipping boxes and Priority is 1-3 days shipping time and includes tracking of the package as well. Also, we use the USPS because their locations are conveniently located everywhere in the domestic US for our customers. USPS enables us to ship all over the world at affordable price too! Their Express service is 1-2 days shipping time and much cheaper than any other carrier. Depending on where you and your US post office are located you may received the Express shipment in 1 or 2 days.
