  • Natural & Artificial Flavoring, Used for Hard Candy Flavoring, Smoothies, Frostings, etc. High Concentrate.
  • Contains: Non Flavor Ingredient (NFI): Propylene Glycol (PG) – a solvent for food colorings, flavors and it mixes easily with water.
  • PG based flavors would not have any other solvent in them
  • PG itself will not contain either glycerin or ethanol
  • Best if used at or below 280 degrees
  • This flavor is appropriate for hard candy, truffles, candy centers, fondant, frosting, ganache, fudge, cakes, cupcakes, cookies, brownies, sweet breads, etc.
