Use with: Rolled Fondant, Chocolate Rolled Icing, Gum Paste, filigree molds, imprinters stencils, press sets, etc. Drop your finished chocolate truffles or any dipped piece (strawberries) onto these mats then refrigerate on the mat. The bottoms will have a texture!
