Food products may not be returned unless due to a Get Suckered error and Sheet molds are NOT returnable.
Shipping errors or defects must be reported within 5 days of receipt of order.
You may return non edible items that are unopened, unused, and in original condition and packaging. Postage is non refundable unless due to a Get Suckered error.
Returned items must be received by us in a salable condition within 20 days of sales receipt date.
A 20% restocking fee will be charged for returned items and all shipping expense is your responsibility.
Unacceptable returns will be returned at your expense or destroyed.
