Chocolate Roses

You will need the following:

  1. Rosebud mold #mcs-cc-ao43
  2. Colored milk chocolate (Colored Coatings)
  3. Sucker sticks
  4. Satin Leaf
  5. Floral Tape

Step 1

Microwave the colored chocolate separately on high at 25 seconds intervals, until melted. Note: Some colors tend to be thicker than others and may need "Paraffin Crystals" added. If chocolate has not completely melted after the 2nd 25 sec, continue to melt at 10 seconds intervals. Do not overheat or chocolate will clump and discolor.


Step 2

Spoon into molds.


Step 3

Insert and coat 1 inch of stick


Step 4

Tap the mold to release air bubbles (This eliminates holes on the face of your sucker). Refrigerate for approx 10 minutes. Release from mold.(When mold is flexed the chocolate should release easily. Keep hand underneath to prevent them from dropping and breaking)


Step 5

Wrap with floral tape and add a satin leaf.
