3D Molds

Step 1.
Following Previous mentioned chocolate making steps(pl refer) remove already hardened half of 3d piece.
Step 2
Fill opposite cavity of 3D mold almost full. Tap out bubbles then lay hardened piece on top.
Step3

Pressing down on hardened chocolate to ensure proper sealing of edges.

Step 4
Carefully lift mold to make sure both halves are properly aligned. Refridgerate until hardened.
Step 5
Chocolate is ready when mold is flexed and piece easily removed.
Step 6
Trim bottom edges of excess chocolate using a sharp knife.
Step 7:

Trim any seam edges with a parring knife as shown.Serrated edges will leave ridges.

Step 8:
Decorate pieces as desired with Luster Dust /layons etc. and Wrap in cello bag.
